In my years of writing web content, I have realized that search engine optimization (SEO) is indeed a challenging aspect of running a successful business. I have tried various strategies to boost backlinks and organic traffic, but only a few can be considered effective.

After you find these dead or broken links, use a backlink tool to insert these URLs and analyze them. If you plug a broken link, the tool may generate new link building opportunities. Insert the broken link in an Internet Wayback machine and extract the original content. Edit this content and suggest to Wiki to use the link to your article.

Once this request gets approved and puts your link up in the specific article you wanted it to, link building campaigns will be much easier.

Another way to leverage broken link building is to pitch to leading websites in your niche, which have dead resources.

But instead of actually linking to a dead link, you will write a new guest post that has the same topic. Once your article has been published, you can ask the webmasters to replace the dead resource with your article.
