About

foreclosuresDaily.com is a Florida-based real estate services provider, and their business was facing difficulties ranking higher in the local search results for their target keywords. Despite being the top off-market real estate leads provider, their local presence was quite weak when it came to generating leads for their brand..

Challenges

A closer look at their local SEO campaign helped us uncover the problems that were causing their efforts to remain ineffective. We figured out the exact optimization problems that had been creating performance issues for foreclosuresdaily.com. Here is what we found:

  • Missing Relevant Secondary Categories on GBP: The primary category was correct on GBP, but the profile was missing important secondary categories, which were limiting its presence on relevant searches.
  • Duplicate Google Business Profile: There was a duplicate GBP presence on Google, which was splitting ranking signals for the website as well as the Google Business Profile.
  • Poor Landing-Page Content: The landing page was not optimized with the right local keywords, causing it to lose its visibility.
  • Poor GBP Post Optimization: GBP posts were not being leveraged the right way to promote the business.

Solution

The problems we had uncovered enabled us to create a customized Local SEO plan for the client based on the unique challenges that they were facing. Here is how we did it:

  • Relevant Secondary Category Selection on GBP: We analyzed the service offerings of the client and selected the right secondary categories for the off-market real estate lead-providing services of the client. This enabled the GBP to appear against relevance searches made as per the secondary categories.
  • Duplicate Google Business Profile Fixing: Our team identified the duplicate profile and figured out the source that caused it to appear on Google. After that, our focus shifted to the consolidation of the similar elements, and we requested the removal of the profile that the client didn’t need any longer.
  • Optimized Landing-Page Content: We analyzed the landing pages for the website in terms of their content. Our team recreated the content using the target keywords and implemented necessary on-page optimization on the landing pages to ensure that they appear at the top on SERPs.
  • GBP Post Optimization: We published fresh posts on the Google Business Profile regularly with target keywords to promote your services, offerings, and give essential updates to the clients. Regular GBP posting helped us elevate the relevance for our client, which enabled them to rank even higher in the local search results.
